3. Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout based on weight, packaging, and location.
- Free shipping may be available on special promotions or above a certain cart value (check homepage banners for details!).
4. Tracking:
- Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
5. Damaged or Delayed Orders:

- Personalized or custom-designed items cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as they are made specifically for you.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- If your cancellation is approved within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
