Returns

Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for damaged or mismatched products, and are subject to these conditions:
- Eligibility:
An unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. - Video Requirements:
The video must clearly show the package being opened, highlighting any visible damage or mismatch. - Submission:
Email the video and your order ID to support@crivv.in for review.
Refund Process
- Review: Our team will verify the issue based on your unboxing video.
- Approval: If your claim is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
Replacements
We also offer replacements for eligible cases (damaged or incorrect items). The same steps and conditions apply as with refunds.
Important Notes
- All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- An unboxing video is required for both refund and replacement requests.
- Claims submitted without the video will not be accepted.
